We are developing Vision inspection solutions in a wide range of areas, utilizing the technology of recognition in Find mark and vision recognition in Align field, which are used in areas such as OLED Display.

Glass vision inspection

  • Glass Blurred Inspection
    For vehicle side mirror glass or the same kind of curved glass, this system is used to find defects by applying a vision algorithm that can detect defects (if the image is inaccurate due to light turbulence) which is difficult to identify those with naked eyes. Luritech has a unique Vision algorithm that can analyze dim reflection and develops/produces facilities that can use these algorithms.

Align vision inspection

  • Bonding Process Align Vision Inspect
    To laminate the film on the top of the panel on OLED smartphone, accurate alignment matching is required, and a Resolution that can recognize the existing mark for alignment and a Vision algorithm with alignment precision are required. Luritech has its own Vision algorithm technology for high resolution and precision, and is developing/manufacturing facilities to use such algorithms.
