Inline or Auto Machine

  • Inline Phone Test
    As the final mobile phone inspection equipment, the final good/faulty test of the mobile phone’s resolution (SFR) test, Flare (light blurring), and Particle (foreign substance) is carried out. Luritech’s facilities have made the final inspection of these mobile phones into Inline equipment, and developed and manufactured the facilities so that they can be injected and discharged into the inspection area using Robot.

Arrange or Manual Machine

  • OIS Calibration
    VCSEL(vertical-cavity surface-emitting lasers) is one of IR lasers that emit electrons through these TOF(Time of Flight) cameras, which measure how long they reflect on objects, and calculate distances. Measuring the actual distance can increase the size of the facility, increasing the cost of production of the facility, and limiting the utilization of space. Luritech’s facilities are developing/manufacturing compact facilities by replacing these real distances with Optical Fiber.

  • TOF Depth
    A variety of pictures are being taken with smartphones, and to improve the tremor problem, we use the OIS (Optical Image Stabilization) feature to prevent tremor or shaking. This OIS function is applied using sensors such as Gyro sensor so that accurate image shooting can be done through Auto focus of images according to the location. Luritech is developing/manufacturing facilities with high repression costs for OIS functions.
